Police are requesting the public’s help in finding a 33-year-old Kona man who was reported missing Tuesday.
Police are requesting the public’s help in finding a 33-year-old Kona man who was reported missing Tuesday.
Arthur Medina reportedly left his Kailua-Kona home that morning, dropped off his children proceeded to work in Waimea. According to his employer, Medina never showed up for work on Tuesday.
Medina’s vehicle was found to have been in a collision near Puuanahulu. Police say the vehicle was damaged, but Medina was not at the scene.
A search turned up no traces of Medina, who’s described as local with a heavy build and tan complexion. He is 5-foot-5 and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a large tattoo of wings with a spider in the middle on his upper chest and a large tattoo on his mid-upper back.
Anyone with with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
